- Finally got access to BIDC!

#### Software
- Added all discussed TODOs to Github [here](https://github.com/purdue-arc/arc_robot_arm/projects/1).
- Will be in BIDC with @revanthsenthil on Tuesday from 12:30-2:30 ish to work on getting low level stuff cleaned out and working in BIDC for people to come in and start testing on their own
- Thursday will likely be in BIDC for software to start getting started on grasping, so make sure you complete your badges
