## Grants
TLDR -- neon DAO is very happy with build a thon. A bunch of people saw the builds, loved creativity.

Neon DAO wants to continue to lean into this. Provide ETH to support really cool experimentation and people getting to try new stuff and build cool stuff.

Neon DAO approved 10 ETH to distribute to people in the guild to build cool stuff
- want to figure out format
- how to actually distribute grants to builders
- how to tie it back to NEON dao and using assets, interop, etc.

Neon buidl has a lot of room to decide. 10 ETH to get it started

- dework is awesome
- integrate with github seamlessly, great for supporting open source
- (showing bounties) -- jin didnt setup bounty vallues yet but will soon
- (showing webaMMO) -- can be anything. neonMMO, buidlMMO, etc.

- dework can be used for grants
- community suggestions
- can be token gated
- suggestions can get voted into a task which become a bounty; suggestions can also have tips given to authors
- can make Neon DeWork in model of WebaMMO and make it a gnosis multi sig

Neon dao wants to see grants tied to Neon. members giving prompts for things they'd like to see that can be using assets -- could be just aestehtics
- we want people and builders with grants to have freedom, but keep it tied to neon somehow

will give buidl members ability to propose stuff, but actual DAO members vote and approve stuff

keep everything tied to neon but freedom to be interoperable and as creative as want -- just kind of a general umbrella

## Commissions
neon chatting with 6529 and flamingo -- jack p helped support

6529 wants to bring both dao NFT collections to OM
- setup oncyber gallery for each dao (neon and flamingo)
- portal link to it from OM
- both dao's interesting in commissioning buidl to do some custom work on these galleries
- two big comissions to get neon name and flamingo into OM
- basically get buidl members building out these galleries to go into OM
- everyone seems in favor of this

jin wants inspo from nneon and flamingo to signify design and direction -- that would be good
- jack p will get this for us
- talking out loud: kind of with all stuff, balance. neon DAO gives some big picture guidance, neon buidl runs with it in whatever direction

- jin: holy grail is real time collab.
- sync for brainstorm
- async for individual build outs
- re sync for putting it together
- we dont actually have holy grail yet
