- vrc has this thing -- quest will give avatar ranks or scores. each user has ability to choose what they want to show.
- vrc basically defines specs you have to adhere to
- ash will implement similar system. by default can see up to medium -- can change this to show all avatars
- need to do some stress testing to see what's good

- ash: optimizing vrm manually. certain parts of texture you want more high quality. what solutions do we have for accounting for this
- moon: working on a 10k series. doing an importance type of thing to make certain things larger than others in math. its not UGC -- know pieces, setting parameters as json. for UGC, that wll be harder.
