# Baylor University Proposal
## Project Description
The creation of a new interactive experience that combines the successes of the BADKITTI team in the music and festival production industry with the triumphant venture of Baylor Alumni Alex Le Roux in the housing & 3D Printing industry, known as ICON, executed with the ingenious marketing expertise of Ice Factor Marketing. A team put together to present Baylor University as the true visionary of the future.
The basic concept of this is to form a "tour circuit" of "mobile house printing parties," starting in Austin, TX during SXSW and traveling around the country throwing festival-style, revolutionary events. Ice Factor will work in conjunction with ICON to bring their robotics and 3d printing technology on the road with BADKITTI as the team travels from location to location throwing parties to create beautiful experiences for attendees while promoting ICON's new technologies and the trailblazing of Baylor University.
The tour will be simultaneously streamed into a digital venue in the Metaverse that enables anyone in the world to attend via a digital connection, regardless of where they are located in the world.
## Project Scope / Logistics
The scope of this project is to create a "festival tour" starting in Austin, TX and traveling from there to various other major cities (TBD) to bring ICE Factor Marketing's expertise, BADKITTI's festival experience and ICON's innovative technology to the consciousness of a new generation, with Baylor University front of mind.
The logistics of this project will be a process of securing locations, planning the event, coordinating with ICON, and executing the plan. This process will require precision planning, however on a simple level, this can be broken down into the following steps:
A) Secure locations
B) Book artist lineup and sets
C) Coordinate with ICON to set up "mobile house printing" and "live house demos" at each location
D) Plan physical IRL event audio + visual equipment, stage setup, festival setup, etc.
E) Plan digital event venue + management
F) Market and promote events + sell tickets
## Project Goals / Desired Outcomes
A) Creating amazing experiences for festival attendees while putting Baylor University on the map as the #1 most desired College to attend.
B) Promoting ICON's robotic and 3d printing technology.
- emphasis on sustainable architecture
- highlighting the importance of bringing new "green" technology to the housing development industry
- promulgating the benefits this technology could bring when leveraged to create solutions for lower income and homeless housing / development
- live demonstrations of 3d printing a home during the festival
- in-festival opportunities for attendees to tour a previously constructed home using this technology
C) Coordinating with team members' "Metaverse contacts" in order to bring the IRL experience of the live festival into the Metaverse. This opens the doors to a global audience who can experience the IRL festivities from a location within the digital Metaverse.
- streaming the live events into the Metaverse through a streaming platform such as Twitch
- streaming the inside of the Metaverse world into a screen set up at the IRL festival which enables a live "portal wall" that gives digital and IRL attendees the ability to communicate and interact with each other
D) Creation of digital "NFT collections" from festival experiences to commemorate and celebrate the event and the ethos behind it.
E) Creation of a new, interactive World culture - with the way paved in Gold & Green by Baylor University.
