# MF Community Call 7-7-22 ## Goverance Proposals ### equipment proposals - get dope stuff for nyc - setup studio for more modeling and content production ### jin m3 epoch 2+3 - screen sharing proposal - epoch 2 was pre metaphysical - epoch 3 is next phase post metaphysical - m3 treasury multi sig: jin, metadreamer, weba - dao scaling important - current m3 treas at less than 1 eth and 0 robot - drew: the need to get something done is greater than the current runway of funding ... you guys certainly did this. retroactive payment for things like this is certainly fair. this follows for everyone else in the community as well. we shouldn't have funding runways limit actions that are good for the community and the dao. - ben: who is eligible to be in the m3 circle -- is it just you boombox and arashi? - jin: also sithlord. m3 OG. made us 3d website. really knowledgeable in a lot of different things. DAOfren is also in the circle - ben: if most of this is around metaphysical, why is daofren in there and not me and metadreamer in there? - jin: fair point, we can work that into numbers... that can be adjusted with distribution as well. - jin showing updated 3d website, explaining sith's twitch api integration and being able to make it interactive, + having vtube interaction there as well - discussion of building "ready player m3" -- avatar builder - ben: since we're going to do digital only, would it make sense to have these new people focus on new stuff rather than stuff that's old? - jin: metagear high priority - drew: less about compensation for metaphysical, more about bigger relationship developing between m3 and mf and how to create positive sum alignment for that stuff - giving m3 a stake in MF for the value its providing and for the digital strategy -- i think is tremendous and important. - also m3 itself ... i would assume something will mature and develop. we can calrify intention there of positive sum back to MF should that occur - we would like to gift some epic NFT's in the M3 pipeline when they are ready -- home spaces, wearables, other cool stuff we have ideas for. ### payout for nft nyc boots on the ground - ben asking if he should get a retroactive pay proposal going for this - daofren said he was going to draft something up - daofren and ben want everyone who was boots on the ground at metaphysical to get something for helping ### Red DAO meeting - setting up virtual world for this - behind the scenes video, documentation, editing - supplement what Ocean is doing ### cloneX - drew: kind of hard to work with - idea of digital tailoring - creating wearables first to fit with cloneX bases - good way to align our wearalbe creation with cloneX community since its so hard working with their files - drew: digital only designed around cloneX base models - ben: commission of premium collection -- we need clo renders - jin: wearables is basically me. i need help - ben: if bottle neck is designs on digital only, i think we can figure it out in the next few days - drew: its not an either / or
