# VR Squad 4/18/22 Meeting - jin, boombox, arashi present - tests went well yesterday of equipment and studios - meeting friday about dework -- https://app.dework.xyz/metafactory - jin showing dework - review fashion shoot budget proposal - took a chunk off of first bigger proposal - capture fashion and motion using udon tool - coldie shirt texture can be swapped out very easily - unreal level graphics showroom with fashion display to be made - browswer based - budget review of fashion shoot - capturing performance very important - udon motion streams motion from vrchat to pixels - gives us ability to save and replay them in different engines - https://gitlab.com/lox9973/UdonMotion - showroom -- play canvass template. can make walk simulators with custom avatars, environments, animations - can make really nice looking 3d home pages from this - this is something that is already WIP - 3d website review - interactibility - eye frame -- window within a window - spawnable eye frame templates to make dope 3d websites / home pages - make it like a store front - the basic effort will be to re-skin sith's setup to convert it into a MF setup. its already mostly done - https://smsithlord.com/ - goals: sickest websites, most open and interoperable, dopest music videos - we want to get things going into high gear, feel a bit slowed down - jin will delegate future vr dao proposals to arashi to free jin up for more creative stuff - content and documentation: as we make content, notes needed on process and tools and challenges we face along the way - jin carries this into other working groups - gives feedback on case studies - helps streamline creative work flow - others can develope tools scripts and standards to make things easier + take it to other working groups - arashi and boombox to do some shooting in VR later tonight - start writing some vr squad related content. arashi will start putting together small little content pieces for it and having other vr squad give input - raise awareness about vr squad goals and efforts - deliver good content tryingg to communicate vr squad vision - discussion of budget stables vs. robot and how to approach managing budget
