### Vault

The vault is a Niftex vault - It is a smart contract wallet that allows fractionalised ownership via the APED tokens, and requires governance voting in order to move or purchase new assets for the vault.

### Hot wallet

The hot wallet is a normal ethereum wallet that is used to store assets that may be shorter term holds. It can also hold ETH on standby for more timely purchase opportunities that might pass us by if we had to pass a vote.

### Multisig wallet

The multisig wallet is a gnosis safe that has 4 signers and requires 2 signatures in order to move the account's assets. This provides more security than the hot wallet but also allows us to act quickly on decisions (whereas the niftex vault takes 3 days to do anything). This lets us more easily move assets to the hot wallet to prove ownership in order to facilite things such as minting new NFTs based on owning existing NFTS (e.g. BAKC, Mutant apes etc)
