# Hopin Feedback Is there a place where I can just file support/feature/bug tickets? Several of these items are things we mentioned a year ago, and we don't know if those requests ever made it to anyone. * Sessions *still* does not have a search/sort feature, and so I still have to page through 11 pages of sessions and ctrl-f on each page. This creates a huge amount of extra work every time I need to edit a session. And since this *usually* happens during a tech support crisis, that adds a great deal of time and stress to an already stressful situation (ie, when the speaker cannot get into their talk). PLEASE provide a search feature on this page. **This is the number one admin problem**. * Sponsors really need access to set up their booths before the event. Every single sponsor wants this. * The lack of a visible schedule of sessions remains perhaps the biggest missing feature. People want to see the schedule of sessions listed on the website, and they cannot. Please, please, please add this feature. *HUNDREDS* of times during any given event, we get asked where the schedule of sessions is listed. Having to point to an external website for that listing breaks the attendee experience. **This is the number one attendee problem**, and a question that we have to answer every hour, all day, all through the conference. * Track Chairs * Edit sessions that are tagged with a particular track name * Moderate those sessions * List ordering - in numerous places across the app, lists are in random order, or, at least, in an unhelpful order. For example, when adding a speaker to a schedule item, the list of speakers is in the order they were created, making it difficult to find a particular speaker. Please add sensible default ordering for ALL displays, and then also offer a sort/search feature for quickly finding what we're looking for. * Session tags should deduplicate. Obviously FOO is the same tag as foo and Foo. * 5 minutes is just not long enough. This MUST be longer - at least 10. * Better yet have the session shown but grayed out/disabled and let only the speaker/moderator enter. This can also solve the no visible schedule problem. * "Leave" in the session is confusing - it means leave the stage, not leave the session. So I did not click on that which will probably bake me as a moderator in the recording * I do love the pre-event check it is very helpful. During the session though I did have issues with my microphone, and used it. It's a bit sad that the audio from the pre-event check bleeds into the session though. (RCB: I don't know what this means - in what way did it bleed into the session? Can you say more?). Here is a scenario: you're in a session and your audio drops out, so you "Leave" and then "Share Audio and Video" again, at this point you wish to troubleshoot your audio so on the "Audio/Video Settings" dialog opt to "Run Pre-Event Check" and in the wizard on the "Mic/cam" page click on "Record and playback audio" and make some noise and then close the wizard (top right X) and finish sharing audio/video. At this point, it seems that the recorded audio is repeated momentarily within the live session, I would need to check the recording to be sure.
