# VikeLabs Fall 2020 - README > Fall as in the season not the state of the world. Welcome past and new VikeLabs members! We're excited to share our plan for this semester to create awesome projects, learn new skills and network with like-minded passionate students. You'll be using this to communicate with your team as well as just chat with other VikeLabs members where you can ask questions, have some watercooler talk and more. Here is a breakdown of the game plan for you and us! ## 1. Project Idea Submission **Opens September 15, 2020 at 6:00pm** **Closes September 21, 2020 at 11:59pm** This is your chance to submit any ideas for a project you may have. The details are on the form **so read them carefully**. You do not have to submit an idea to participate. However, if you have any cool ideas we highly suggest you do so! We will have an open Zoom session for any questions and just to hang out and network on September 18 (Friday) at 6pm. Project Ranking **Opens September 23, 2020 at 6:00pm** **Closes September 28, 2020 at 11:59pm** We'll take the ideas submitted and form project teams based on ranking data and other factors such as skills, degree progress and more. For those project ideas who opted to present/pitch their idea we will be having a Zoom session where people can have a Q&A session for the project ideas.
