- The purpose of creating personas is to describe our community. Personas are a tool for putting community needs into context with the aim of improving our documentation and ensuring community success.

- Location and level of detail for information based on the community members moment of need.

- Job description: Achieve a set of tasks using pre-built Ansible content. Runs playbooksand jobs created by someone else and provides first ling of support to troubleshoot any problems.
