We have two main options on how to sructure the information within the new Ansible forum:
* Use tags, with few categories (aka the Fedora approach)
* Use multiple categories.

## Pros and cons of tags
Pros:

* Can easily tag a topic with multiple tags to crosspost (aka awx, documentation)

Cons:
* More difficult for new posters to decide what to tag their post with? Could we have a mandatory first tag of 'dev' or 'help' to assist in filtering the posts?

# Possible Catagories approach

## Pros and cons of categories

Pros:
* Can have Category Moderators with the Project side of the forum to allw dev teams to control their own section

Cons:
* Continues some level of fragmentation as each area operates in its own 'sandbox'.
