1. Recap and celebration of Remote Reprohack
- Positive Things:
- platform was sweet and flexible
- people stayed online for long time
- good promo! Well done everyone, stickers, contacting authors, encouraging ppl to tweet

- Things to improve:
- get everyone talking/ sharing their experience
- In smaller groups regrouping can be free flowing convo but in larger maybe encourage more targeted notemaking on summaries.
- In remote difficult to find people that want to work on the same paper.
- Some matching can happen in the chat but not ideal because of inability to start
- Perhaps allow participants to specify their top 3 choices in the first 15 mins, then reveal their choices and then people can have more info to choose a group.
- follow up on plans, seize the energy and moment

3. Funding
- Train the trainer

- Idea I : Have a dedicated "mentor" per ReproHack Initiative?

10. Collaboration with Code Checkers
- Idea III: set up a community call for "team leads"?
- Idea IV: set up a webinar style call for everyone who wants to become a codechecker on how to do the first steps and familiarize with github (cause that is super scary at first, at least for me it still is)
