識別市場(要找誰訪談):可先規劃想研究的行為變數

人物誌資料蒐集|質性訪談(場域研究/使用者訪談):針對所識別出的相關人物進行訪談
- 沉浸式紀錄與場域觀察研究:分配時段,進行較全面的使用者場域觀察,每次紀錄或尾隨產出15個左右深度故事
- 訪談:半結構化訪綱,進行面對面或數位訪談,產出15個深度訪談故事

擬出行為變數:透過目標族群中一些人/使用者的觀察或訪談,理出一些共通行為,與對象有所關聯 -> 盤出行為特徵

定位觀察對象:利用行為變數,嘗試定位每個觀察的對象
