- Reach out in internal company lists and check for good python speakers.
- Reach out in personal circle.
- Set the expectation of invited speakers as an invitation for a proposal and not keynote.
- Speakers can give same talk at different places.
- Ask speakers to share in their social channels or network about their submissions to increase reach for cfp.
- Categorize during review amongst expert, intermediate and begineer level talks.
- Need to target post topic-wise.
- Official communication to be on mail or twitter DM. If it is via more personal platforms like whatsapp/facebook, the messaging should reflect that attempt to reach out via official channels had been made.

- Ask everyone on PyCon India Zulip to reach out in their respective companies.
- Laisha to create a list of recent PyCons/Python conferences and prepare a list of relevant speakers.
- Tweet/Facebook post about CFP.
