# CFP Discussions Notes (June 17th)

## CFP PR
- Mail content language change for mailers outside India mailing lists.
- Have to re-check the mail format (markdown).
- Post more often on social media and days countdown to increase FOMO.

## Reviewers/Mentors
- Need more mentors than reviewers.
- Need to send mail to invite reviewers
- Assign volunteers to be responsible for topic/section.
- Get more volunteers. Volunteers to find names and pass on the leads.

### Criteria for Mentors:
- Need to have given a talk earlier.
- Need not have domain expertise.
- Need to be more present.
- Can also submit their session/talk.

### Criteria for Reviewers:
- Domain specific knowledge or subject matter expertise required.
- Will be involved in at most 2 talks/sessions.
- Can also be a mentor given they have time.
- Can not submit talk/session.

## Action Items:
- Get more Volunteers.
