In a better world, not only FDR's so-called [Economic Bill of Rights](https://www.ushistory.org/documents/economic_bill_of_rights.htm) and Bernie Sanders’ [21st Century Economic Bill of Rights](https://berniesanders.com/21st-century-economic-bill-of-rights/) will be implemented, but the following as well. *[Thanks to @helpertouch for her comments/feedback/editing.]* ### Purpose - **Primary Purpose or Goal of Society:** to provide the best environment possible for coming to "Know Thy Self", the spiritual goal of the ancient Greeks. - **Rating:** Our ultimate goal is a unified and just world, but until then, we can rate each governmental entity by how well it meets each of the goals below and provides an environment for the Primary Purpose, above. ### Money and Economy - No Federal Reserve (and its secret cadre of unknown 12-14 privately-held banks). - Banking (storage of currency and provision of loans) is now defined as a public good. So all banks should be made publicly-owned and responsible to their localities -- as used to be much the case historically in the United States. - All corporations turned into [Worker-Owned Cooperatives](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Worker_cooperative) (á là [Mondragón](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mondragon_Corporation)). - Thus, no external holding of stock. - No one may be a worker without owning one share of stock. - No worker may own more than one share of stock. - No one may own stock without being a worker. - The total number of shares outstanding is the total number of current workers. - All worker cooperatives adhere to [the Rochdale Principles](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rochdale_Principles) as a minimum. - No individual may own property in any other state/province or country than where he or she physically lives - No corporation may call itself American if it holds property outside the United States. - No foreign corporations may have operations within the borders of the United States - Ultimately, "capitalism" is understood as only a fancy economist epithet which hides its correct name: "tyranny". It is seen as historically the fundamental economic, political, and problem affecting not only our planet but many others. - Capitalism will be banned entirely and forever. - Ultimately all currency shall be eradicated. - Ultimately, production of surplus for profit shall be eradicated: production shall be only for current or future *usage* - The eventual eradication of any private ownership of public goods, including land, housing, natural resources, and the like - Taxes - Annual personal taxes shall be based upon total *wealth*, not *income*, á là.. - Thomas Piketty’s 1-2% tax suggested in his [Capital in the Twenty-First Century](https://bookscouter.com/buy/0674979850-capital-in-the-twenty-first-century) - Henry George’s [Progress and Poverty](https://progressandpoverty.org/) - There will be no corporate or sales taxes, as they will be unnecessary. - All property and ownership must be declared. - All property and ownership must be accounted for. If unaccounted, it will be siezed and put into the public trust. - The office of collection of taxes (IRS, etc.) must publish all property and ownership: There shall be no secrecy as to which individuals own what. - "Shell" corporations are outlawed. - All taxes paid are forever viewable by the public (online). - Transactions - All electronic financial transactions are instantly public online, not just for the hidden elite to view, but for *all* of us. ### Knowledge, Science, and Research - Expand what we call "Science" to its proper wider, non-materialist view, including a proper definition of "cause" and a metaphysics which puts Mind at the center. - á là Michael Talbert’s [Holographic Universe](https://bookscouter.com/buy/006016381X-holographic-universe) and John Spencer’s [The Eternal Law](https://bookscouter.com/buy/0986876941-the-eternal-law-ancient-greek-philosophy-modern-physics-and-) - Revive the works of the following scientists, who were beginning work in the direction of a *real* science, but whose reputations were often slandered and even their papers and inventions sometimes stolen. - Antoine Béchamp - Níkola Tesla - John Worle Keely - Walter Russell - Royal Rife - Wilhelm Reich - Günther Enderlein - etc. ### Politics - Outlaw campaign contributions completely except for a maximum individual annual contribution amount of $2k. - No corporate campaign contributions. - Eventually, no individual contributions will be necessary at all, but simply publicly funded campaigns ('Campaign Finance Reform'). - Voting: - Eradicate the US Electoral College, thus making every vote count equally and eliminating the incentive for ‘throwing’ the vote in certain key districts. - Convert all ballots to [Range Voting](https://rangevoting.org/) - Eliminate electronic voting machines. All voting on paper mail-in ballots. - Introduce an online spreadsheet-based verification system whereby.. - every voter can verify their vote was received, and is counted toward the total of any issue or candidate, and - (conversely) every voter can verify that there were no false votes. - Introduce deferred voting, i.e., that voters who do not know about an issue or candidate may opt to “pass on” their vote (on that issue or candidate) to someone whom they think is smarter or wiser than themselves. That next person’s vote will now count twice (or more). - Similarly, introduce “organic candidates”: A system whereby candidates do not run for an office but are instead chosen organically. That is: - Each voter can nominate for a certain office someone whom they think is both smarter *and* wiser than themselves. And that other person can also nominate others, forming a mathematical “tree” of nominations. An algorithm determines who is at the top of the “tree” (i.e., the “wisest”) and nominates them for the position. - Reduce hierarchy/bureaucracy to the absolute minimum necessary in all institutions, as did Spain’s [Mondragón](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mondragon_Corporation) federation of worker cooperatives. - So-called [‘territories’ (i.e., colonies)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Territories_of_the_United_States) are outlawed. According to a fair vote of their citizenry, all territories must either be granted immediate U.S. state-hood, or be completely released from control of the United States and granted their own status as sovereign nations. ### Public Goods and Human Rights - Make the Internet a public good and thus a utility, available to all for free, with equal bandwidth available to all servers. - Non-corporate Health Care for all (Single-payer, Medicare for All, etc.) - Guarantee an education for all who want it and can keep their grades up. - Guarantee shelter for all. - Guarantee medical care for all. - Guarantee transportation for all, and completely automate thoroughfares (i.e., no more human drivers). - Residential property shall no longer be an object of profit, speculation, or trade. All basic residential property shall be considered a public good an constructed by and for cities, and distributed to their citizenry for their temporary custodianship. - Rental of residential property to others is outlawed. Only 'ownership' (i.e., 'custodianship') is allowed. - A GAI/UBI (guaranteed annual income / universal basic income) shall be provided for all, sufficient for all the basics: food, clothing, etc. - Work for any/all who want to work, though because of GAI, work is unnecessary for basic survival. ### Education - End tyranny in the classroom: - Rewards and punishments do not work and both are co-ercive. So they are outlawed. - Learning of basic subjects shall be self-directed, and based upon the joy of exploration. - Learning is not a race or competition. - Socratic Seminar - Priority on reduction of stress to an absolute minimum for *all* students, both in class and outside - Teach how to recognize tyranny in home, school, work, society; what the philosophy of tyranny is, what it looks like, and how it operates. - All subject areas should have a cohesiveness, a unity, which ties them into the larger picture of Reality and Mind. - All history, rather than fragmented, should be taught from a unified cohesive mindset which shows the actions -- in all places and times -- taken again and again on behalf of Tyranny to eradicate Justice - Also see **History**, below ### History - Teach (reveal) the true history of the origin of the human race: Creation by the Annunaki, etc., and why they did it - Teach about the many civilizations that have existed on this planet long before our current one: Not only Atlantis and Lemuria, but the many even before current humans were here. - Teach the true history of the United States: the perennial fights between private (i.e., tyranny) interests and public, and between "races", and how these fit together. - Recognize based upon the facts presented that we (the US) have been for some time now (at least 90 years), not the leader of Democracy, but instead are the world's primary problem, politically, subverting every opportunity for just societies to arise, e.g.: - Oliver Stone and Peter Kuznick: “The Untold History of the United States” ([DVD set](https://www.amazon.com/Untold-History-United-States-Complete/dp/B00SJFV7KU) and [Book](https://bookscouter.com/buy/1982102535-the-untold-history-of-the-united-states)) - The [freely-viewable and crowd-funded films of Scott Noble](http://metanoia-films.org/films/), starting with [the Counter-Intelligence series](http://metanoia-films.org/counter-intelligence/) - Chalmers Johnson’s [The Sorrows of Empire](https://bookscouter.com/buy/0805070044-the-sorrows-of-empire-militarism-secrecy-and-the-end-of-the-) - etc - Reveal the historical successes of *truly* socialist societies around the world (not tyrannies calling themselves socialist), e.g., - [Ujamaa in Tanzania](https://www.amazon.com/Ujamaa-Hidden-Tanzanias-Socialist-Villages/dp/0956814018) - the crimeless Mayan and Incan societies - the many societies current and historical where 90%+ of property was communally owned - historical societies that when hundreds or thousands of years without a single war - Teach Homer and Plato and comparative perennial philosophy in all schools - Especially the recognition of tyranny and its opposite, *Mysticism*, i.e., the search for knowledge of Self - Teach Out-of-Body techniques and cultivate OBE philosophical exploration for all students as part of every quarter/semester from kindergarten through graduate school, - so death will not be feared, and tyranny cannot take hold - Teach Philosophical Midwifery so that all can become student practitioners ### Medicine, Health, and Population - Dismantle the for-profit Disease-model-based system - Restore Beauchamp's *terrain* theory of health, based up immunity, riddance of toxins, and maximal nutrition, energy-circulation and minimal stress - Expose the many known good and inexpensive remedies for major diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer (and what cancer actually even *is*) and others - Essiac tea, Vitamin ‘B-17’, colonics, many, many herbs, etc - Lift up ‘medicine-men/women’ from all cultures and make a list of their remedies - Promote a universal path of education for such medicine-men/women - Define ‘health’ (which the disease model has no definition of) - Reduce the use of pharmaceuticals to only the most extreme and last-ditch efforts - Restore the central place in medicine and health for ‘Mind’, all the way down to the photon (known already to be the smallest unit of ‘consciousness’, and what drives the integrity of DNA formation and maintenance) - Peaceably return Earth's population to its 1870 level: 1 Billion ### Military, Technology, and the End of Secrecy - No foreign wars, unless it is clear a humanitarian catastrophe necessitates it. Otherwise, we all stay within our own borders. - Completely disband the military except for a minimal force for defense of our own borders - Civilian forces may be kept (as now) for domestic internal policing - Expose how much we have been bankrupting ourselves by showing how much we are *really* spending on military annually: - Currently accounted ($740B) + unaccounted/unacknowledged ($800B) = ~$1.54B total - Our current IRS tax intake is about $1.3B - Close all the ~800 overseas US military bases and reduce by as much as possible the ~440 continental bases, and all underground/black-ops/secret bases - Open up "Area 51" / Nellis AFB / "Groom Lake" and reveal what we've been doing there, and our involvement in gruesome genetic engineering, and our involvement in this type of research with other off-world beings - Release the discovered technology for free ("zero-point", etc.) energy and levitation/propulsion (electro-magneto-gravitic propulsion), medicine, etc - An immediate halt to the shooting down of craft from other worlds - Minimize secrecy in government positions: Maximize transparency - See also, Education - *Unilaterally* stop all nuclear research and testing and dismantle all nuclear bombs, regardless of nuclear status of other nations ### Environment - Eradicate all ‘dirty’ energy (petro, coal, etc.) - Shut down all nuclear facilities, replacing them with zero-point energy units - 100% recycling: No trash, whether burned or buried - 0 trash or pollution in our oceans and waterways - Except for paper: Corporations must take back their own containers and pay for recycling them. - Payment for the recycling cost goes into the product - Grocery stores must accept all washed returned containers for products they sell there - Distribution networks (trucks, etc.) return to the factory their materials - Remove all roads and permanent structures, from the planet’s surface, and properly recycle the materials (tar, metal, asbestos, wood, etc.) - Move all our permanent structures to below the Earth’s surface and restore the planet's natural condition 100% - Silence our oceans: no more noise pollution confusing our whale and dolphin friends - All vehicles must use entirely quiet (Electro-Magneto-Gravitic, EMG) technology for propulsion, both on land and at and under sea ### Exo-Political Relations - Recognize and invite dialogue with off-world societies (this has already begun, but needs to take center stage) and make these front-stage rather than only limited to conferences in hotels or in remote areas (Stephen Greer, Bashar, many others..)
