## 1.
Go to hackmd.io and create a free account. HackMD is a collaborative note taking tool. Once you are in your account create your first note!

HackMD is a note taker, meaning that every page you create to add new content is a new note. When you make a note into a book, all notes that you put inside of it are pages inside the book.
