# Lean Methodology
#### Eric Reis' The Lean Startup book
It is a fantastic business read and I highly recommend it. It has been as influential as Christensen's Innovator's Dilemma as it's influence has shaped the unicorn startups from the past decade. If you want a little talk given by Reis himself about what the book covers, check out the video below, but nothing compares to reading the book as it has so many great examples and it it feels very human and real.

It's lessons where adopted by many startups, and non-traditional startups like departments at multinational corporations. The methodology has grown, mainly pioneered by the Y Combinator which established itself as a key voice in the Tech Startup world.
As i've learned about this topic, I started to gather some videos, articles and podcasts related to some of the most important concepts to grasp when it comes to starting a startup. Check out the sections to see what's up.
