# Overview TikTok, Instagram and YouTube each has its own prerequisites to access user data such as views and engagement through their respective APIs. This document is intended to outline those requirements for each platform the Palette will require. ## Instagram * Palette must have an [Meta Business account](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1710077379203657?id=180505742745347) associated with our [Meta App](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/development/create-an-app). * Palette must have a [Meta Developer Account](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/development/register) with ownership of the App. * Lee and Andrew must be added to the App as collaborators. * Represented clients [must have a Facebook page associated with their Instagram account](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/overview#pages). * To access creator engagement metrics (etc.) through the App, creators must be added as members of Palette's organization, or the app needs to go through Meta's [approval process](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/app-review/submission-guide). ## TikTok * Palette must have a [developer account](https://developers.tiktok.com/signup) with TikTok * Palette must create an [organization](https://developers.tiktok.com/signup) with TikTok and invite Lee and Andrew as collaborators. * Palette must apply for "[integration assessment for unreleased apps](https://developers.tiktok.com/doc/our-guidelines-developer-guidelines)" with TikTok. * The App must comply with TikTok's [developer guidelines](https://developers.tiktok.com/doc/our-guidelines-developer-guidelines). ## YouTube * Palette must create an [API Project](https://developers.google.com/learn/pathways/gcp/get-started-projects) * Lee and Andrew must be added as collaborators * Project must be configured with relevant API(s) (e.g. [YouTube Analytics API ](https://developers.google.com/youtube/analytics/data_model)).
