-Mediterranean Red Lentil Soup

-Spanish Rice and Beans
-Thai Red Curry
-Poutine (French fries and gravy)

BIT HARDER BUT STILL REAL GOOD

More involved recipes that are still delicious just takes more effort

-Vegan Dumpling Potstickers (easier then it looks tbh)
