Proposal for stablecoin - USDC * **Circuit-breaker DAO** - A DAO where one dollar in crowdfunding = one vote. The DAO exists only as a last-resort circuit-breaker to freeze funds and ban NGOs in case that there is a misuse of funds. * **Global relief fund** - Smart contract holding all the funds crowdfunded in USD denominated tokens. * **Local Task Pool** - Smart contract holding all tasks which can be performed and the award for each task performed.
