[TOC]
## Background
This is an assessment for AML Group Proposal Manager candidates. This is intended to observe your ability to think critically around an RFP and determine your ability to ingest a new concept and create a document to help sell that concept.
Part 1
---
Earlier this year, AML Group responded to a Department of Transportation (DOT) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) solicitation for the development of a blockchain-based app designed to increase public transportation use. Attached below is the RFP and AML's response.
Review both documents. Provide:
1. A high-level review of your thoughts around the proposal including: What are the proposal's strength's and weaknesses? What would be the most likely reasons for rejection?
3. Inline comments about specific corrections and recommendations for improvement (grammar, sentence structure, image selection, etc.)
Provide as much detail as you see fit. For the inline comments we recommend using the comment feature of a word editor.

Part 2
---
As part of the down-select process for the SBIR above, finalists are invited to a Pitch Day. Finalist present a short presentation to the government evaluation panel.
In this same vein, please create a short (<10 slides total) presentation that could be presented to the DOT SBIR evaluation panel. It will be up to your discretion to determine what material to include and how to display the information.
This presentation should pull content from the solicitation and proposal documents. Feel free to use stock images in place of real content such as logos, mock-ups, etc. This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity, ability to ingest new information, and create.
Create the presentation as if someone would be presenting it to a panel, not as a stand-alone document.
