# **The Constitution of The Galactic Empire**

We, the citizens of The Galactic Empire, recognizing the paramount importance of defending and preserving the sovereignty and authority of His Majesty, acknowledge the necessity of establishing a foundational framework upon which our empire shall thrive. Within this Galactic Empire, it is imperative that our constitution serves as the cornerstone, safeguarding not only the rights and liberties of the populace but also upholding the supreme authority vested in His Majesty.

This constitution shall be the supreme example of law in The Galactic Empire. No law, regulation, order, or requests, shall overrule or override this constitution.

## ART.1 DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

### INHERENT RIGHTS

The Constitution recognizes the inalienable right of every citizen to pursue happiness, personal fulfillment, and success within the framework of the empire.

### CRIMINAL PROCESS
All Citizens of The Galactic Empire are protected against unfair, unreasonable, and or non-logical arrest(s) or fine(s).

All citizens of The Galactic Empire may contest and defend themselves against unfair or unreasonable criminal charges they have been convicted or charged of.

### FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION
This constitution guarantees the right to freely and openly express ones self with the provision that it shall be within the bounds of provided law or regulation.

### RIGHT TO BARE ARMS
The citizen's right to bare arm's in a peaceful and reasonable manner shall not be impeded or restricted upon.

### FREEDOM OF EMPLOYMENT
Citizen's of The Galactic Empire shall not be restricted or hindered from acquiring roles or positions in The Galactic Empire based off of race, gender, belief, or religion.

### SEARCH AND SEIZURES
No person shall experience a search and seizure unless they have violated a law, committed an infraction, or disrupted the experience of others in some way.

### SELF DEFENSE
This constitution shall guarantee the right of all citizen of The Galactic Empire to use reasonable force in an attempt to defend themselves from an attacker.

## ART.2 IMPERIAL GALACTIC SENATE

### LEGISLATIVE PROCESS

All legislatures(to be defined by the Grand Vizier) may propose, vote, and debate, legislation, at scheduled congressional sessions.

All legislation is subject to approval or veto by the Grand Vizier.

Legislation may only pass if it the senate can reach a census in which the majority votes for the legislation to pass.

### APPOINTMENT

The appointment of senators will rest solely upon the consent of the Grand Vizier.

### IMPEACHMENT

All senators will be subject to impeachment under the executive decision of His Majesty or the Grand Vizier.

### OVERSIGHT

The Imperial Galactic Senate shall serve at the will and desire of the Grand Vizier.

## ART.3 HIS MAJESTY

### APPOINTMENT

The title of His Majesty shall be indefinitely granted to Lord_OliverStirling.

### SPECIAL PRIVILEGES

His Majesty, possesses infinite power bestowed upon him by the divine right of rule and the consent of the governed.

## ART.4 IMPERIAL EXECUTOR

### APPOINTMENT

The Imperial Executor shall be appointed executively by His Majesty.

### SPECIAL PRIVILEGES

The Imperial Executor shall oversee all group operations apart from; The Imperial Galactic Government and the Royal Guard.

The Imperial Executor may pass law executively assuming it is found urgent and required to protect and defend the safety of the empire.

## ART.5 GRAND VIZIER

### APPOINTMENT

The Grand Vizier shall be appointed executively by His Majesty.

### SPECIAL PRIVILEGES

The Grand Vizier shall oversee and manage all political or government run operations of The Galactic Empire.

The Grand Vizier may veto or approve law passed by the Imperial Galactic Senate.

The Grand Vizier may pass law executively without the need of a vote or debate.

## ART.6 ROYAL GUARD

### LORD COMMANDANT

Lord Commandant shall be handpicked by His Majesty.

Lord Commandant shall direct, manage, and regulate, the Royal Guard to his desires.

### INDEPENDENCE

The Royal Guard shall be separate from all group activity's and or operation.

Royal Guard shall serve directly under His Majesty.

### JUSTICE SYSTEM

Royal Guard and it's members are not be liable to any traditional national laws.

The Royal Guard and it's Lord Commandant shall establish basic justice and regulatory principles to ensure the high quality operation of the Royal Guard.

## ART.7 IMPERIAL RULING COUNCIL

### GRAND VIZIER

The Grand Vizier shall manage, oversee, and direct, the Imperial Ruling Council at his/her will.

### COUNCIL MEMBERS

Each major branch may be granted one Ruling Council member that will serve as their respective voice in The Galactic Empire's administration.

### APPOINTMENT

Appointment to serve as a member of the ruling council may be enacted by His Majesty or the Grand Vizier with consent of His Majesty.

### SPECIAL PRIVILEGES

The Imperial Ruling Council may pass any law, directive, order, or request, found nessicarry assuming they can reach a case in which the majority of the council can agree.

## ART.8 PRINCIPLES OF LAW

### REGULATION

No law shall be made with the intention of harming, disrupting, or negatively affecting the public.

No law shall be made that will infringe or harm on the security of the people's guaranteed freedoms.

### CREATION

The primary task of law creation and establishment shall rest upon the Imperial Galactic Government

Law creation by; His Majesty, Imperial Executor, Grand Vizier, or the Imperial Ruling Council, shall be considered legally binding.

### MISDEMEANORS

Any crime's established as misdemeanor may not exceed thirty minutes of in-game jail time.

### FELONIES

Any crime's established as a felony may not exceed two hours of in-game jail time.

### TREASON

Any crime's established as a felony may not exceed four hours of in-game jail time.

### CRIME STACKING

No individual shall be sentenced for more ten hours in-game. Regardless of the amount or classification of crimes involved.
