## Market Analysis
WPP has shown interest in getting hyper-local emissions data. - Input from Sales team
### Design and UX
Points to consider:
1. Extreme focus on giving a very impressive UX
2. Heat map should be grid level (like hexagons)
3. Collapsible side-panel
4. Side-panel to have a scale for each element
5. Graph can be moved out

#### Current Version till v1 features list
#### Final version features list
Features list for the final design of the product: **This will be mumbai dashboard**
1. Communicate this is a live emissions dashboard
2. Attribute emission to a. transport b. industries and c. others including buildings
3. Showcase our data prowess by including analytics, historical trend
4. Showcase our scientific approach to validating data
5. This should enable founders and sales team that this is a project that will scale across the globe
6. Include Risk (floods, seismic activity, heat, hurricane)
7. Show date and timestamp everywhere possible
8. Analytics: Min, Max, Average.
9. Historical data graph: upto 3 days
### User Flow
Typical user:
Business owners, Corporate executive looking at the impact of their activity on the locality or to assess the health and future stability of their assets in the locality, considering the environmental factors
User Journey:
1. User enters a location on the dashboard - Input Postal code or area in the location box, or single click on the map.
2. If the location entered is outside of the city of Mumbai, pop up an error "Currently, areas within the city of Mumbai are supported".
3. For a valid location, display the Env parameters on the panel and highlight Emissions card and display heat map for the same. The call-out should also focus on displaying that element with a short note on the current level.
4. The graph will show historical trend for that element in that location.
Range: Past 24 hours, hourly. Past 3 days, daily.
Options: Download Report with graph, Download CSV
5. Upon selection of a different element, that element gets highlghted in the panel, and the heatmap, the call-out and the graph changes
6. A time-slider to change the timeline
Open points:
1. Should we display the "Last Updated" time for every parameter in the panel? Response: yes
2. Is there a possibility that, for a selected lat-long, data for some elements are missing? If so, what needs to be displayed?
Response from Veer/Chandu: While it may be missing from the source, it will not be missing from Ambee
3. Should/Can the graph show forecast for any/all the elements?
Response: No, not in v0.1
### Technical Architecture
TBD
#### Engineering Design and Diagram
CO2 + GHG
#### Devops and monitoring + Alerts
#### QA and Bugs (both design, web and data)
## Some Rules:
Every Thursday we will have a meeting to review this.
Escalate delays in dependencies
Log everything in writing. Non-written communication is No communication.
## Timelines
Design Freeze: December 24th
First MVP: January 15th
Version 0.2: January 27th
Version 0.3: February 15
Version 0.4: March 1st
Version 1 ready.
## Reporting
**Business Operational**
1. First 3 weeks weekly meeting on design - every **thursday design**
2. Then after development starts we can do biweekly to review design and development - **every tuesday**
### Minutes
#### Meeting 1:
Dec 15, 2021 | Co2 + GHG + emissions Tech call
Attendees: Chandrashekar D Madhusudhan Anand Ramya Nagaraja Sonam Singh Veer khot
Attendees Missed: Arun Reddy - he was on planned leave
**Notes**
* We discussed on what Co2 data we will provide
* Maddy shared https://co2.jpl.nasa.gov/
* We discussed what CO2 data we will share. We reviewed TES and OCO data
* We exchanged https://atmosphere.copernicus.eu/copernicus-delivers-new-high-quality-data-global-co2-surface-fluxes from CAMS globally.
* We will show in the first version CO2, PM2.5, PM, Temp & Humidity on a heatmap
**Action items**
* Veer is already working on Co2 data source. He is working on Station data from CPCB/CAMS, Ambee sensor data and he will merge satellite data.
* Currently the format is mg/meter cube needs to be converted
* Madhusudhan Anandand Veer khot will do EDA of the onground sensor data. Request Chandu to send raw data to maddy in CSV
* We need to convert ppb of CO2 to CO2e
* Veer khotwill update the json format of the CO2 on PRD
* Chandrashekar Dwill update architecture once design is ready (on PRD)
* Sonam Singhwill set up a day to review the final MVP design on Tuesday
* Madhusudhan Anandand Ramya Nagarajawill update some more market analysis and competition details. We will also research the IEA standard of how CO2 is communicated. It must mostly be Ppb but we will research and update.

> *“Climate Tech has grabbed a lot of attention recently, with good reason. But solutions come from understanding the problem – Climate Intelligence is a new **$40 billion market category** which seeks to provide us with answers,” said Vinoth Jayakumar, Partner and Fintech Practice Lead at Draper Esprit. “Cervest’s pioneering approach to quantifying risk, in a way that was never before possible, means we can better understand the economics of the problem and bring real-world market solutions to bear. We believe Iggy and the team’s deep science approach will provide the foundations of the Climate Intelligence market.” Jayakumar will join Cervest’s Board of Directors.*
