# Crash course Alkemio
To avoid having to explain Alkemio separately for every new user or hub lead, we are standardizing this process. Also, it is beneficial to connect our users to each other and let them help each other (many to many instead of one to many). We will do this via supporting documents and Q&A sessions.
## Alkemio University
#### Documents
Documents with all information written out in Markdown, split up into basic, expert, and admin. Also separate appendix with all upcoming functionalities for them to read through. These markdown documents can afterwards be transferred into an online e-learning module, such as the open-source [Moodle](https://www.capterra.nl/software/80691/moodle).
- [Basics] Key concepts / Platform structure / understand the Hub structure (dashboard/contribute/challenges/about)
Outline:
In the document about the basics we can briefly explain our key concepts (like one or two sentences) then add the link to the "key concepts page". For the platfrom structure, same thing, we can write a few lines on the process going from a hub to a variety of opportunities and the tools that Alkemio has to offer along the process. Then for the hub structure, we can zoom out of the generalities just explained and dive into more detail so explaining what's the dashboard and what can be found there, how can you contribute, how to create a challenge and and what can you see and do in the "about page"
- [Expert] Challenges / Opportunities / innovation flow / connecting with other users
Outline:
- [Admin] Authentication, Updates, Adding content, Responsibilities of admins, templates

## Q & A Sessions
Besides these documents, there will be some standard Q&A moments/lunch sessions for new members or admins to ask questions related to the documents. These meetings and a link will be visible on the website page.
