as opposed to providing a response of predefined type

#### As a 3rd party developer, I would like to be able to create a VC that's not backed up by AI

#### As an Alkemio developer, I would like to keep VC Engines out of our infrastructure
So that 3rd party code doesn't have access to our DB or RabbitMQ

#### As an Alkemio developer, I would like to have a clear definition of what belongs to Alkemio domain vs what is Alkemio VC Engine(s)
So that I can clearly tell what is open-source and what is closed source and how to deploy and publish the corresponding code

#### As an Alkemio developer, I would like not to create new entities when the functionality required by VCs is already available or requires minor extensibility to be consumed by VCs
So that the project complexity doesn't grow
