This role is part of the operations team, working onsite in The Hague and online. You’ll partner up with Product team to derive value out of the data generated on the platform. Alkemio uses the latest technology for monitoring the platform usage, such as Elastic, Kibana for monitoring and D3 for visualization, and is already looking at how to help our customers navigate and understand their ecosystems using advanced visualisations (see examples below). This is a chance to engage early in a growing and ambitious open-source initiative. We are aiming to create a global platform that puts Challenges central, and this means growing the community of users 100x over the next 18 months. ### To break it down, you will: * Work on professionalizing the data tracking, reporting, and analysis from our platform and communication channels. * Team-up with our global development, operations and product team to set up monitoring of usage, following the user experience of our customers based on the latest technological trends, such as Elastic and Kibana. * Engage customers to understand the types of questions they want to have answered, and where analytics could help them in their roles * Have the chance to develop your skills by working with experienced specialists and applying your knowledge by improving how we collect, visualize and analyze our data within the team. ### What you’ll need * To be currently studying data science, computer science, information systems, or related fields * Have professional English verbal and written communication skills * To be able to learn and adopt new technologies, especially around Web3, data analysis, analytics, and reporting * To have attention to detail and organising skills * To be creative in identifying how the data can be visualized to help users understand the complexity inherent in collaboration between multiple parties * To enjoy working as part of a team with an open & collaborative interaction style * To be eager to create your public profile and contributions to the open source world * To be able to work online or at our office in The Hague. * To be enrolled in university for the whole duration of the internship * To be familar with Elastic, Kibana or D3 is a plus ### What you’ll get in return * Paid internship * Opportunity to shape data tracking and analytics in a growing purpose-driven tech organisation * Co-develop an ambitious SaaS platform with a global footprint * Create your public open source resume of work you have contributed to (all our work is open source so all your work is publicly visible!) * Frequent social and fun team-activities * The possibility of partly working from home ### About Alkemio We put our energy and capabilities into building a solid open-source platform, best practices and trusted partnerships.
