## Some small changes

We've made some changes in the user interface!

As a part of our aim to streamlining the platform and to increase the user engagement, we've made some (visual) changes. In order to make sure you can still find what you're looking for, here's a small explanation of what has changed:

- The overall layout has changed, now placing the Hub title central, with the tagline underneath it. The banner images are are now centered too.
- The amount of headers is reduced from six to four, on Hub, Challenge and Opportunity level:
- The **Dashboard** has mostly remained the same. It now also includes a preview of the Canvases.
- The **Explore** tab now includes both Canvasses and Aspects, which had two separate tabs previously.
- The **Challenges** and **Opportunities** tabs have remained the same.
- The **About** tab now contains all information from the former Context and Community tabs.
- For Hub Admins, the settings can now be reached through the :gear: icon on the right.
- The Challenges and Contributors can now be selected in the top right, next to your avatar.

Alkemio makes updates to the production platform approximately every two weeks. For each release a summary of the
visible changes is shared via email. Below you can find the latest release notes as well as links to previous notes.

<b>Release 22--8-22</b>
Over the summer months, we have made some big changes to the lay-out!

As part of our aim to simplify the platform and increase the user engagement, we have made several changes.

- The overall layout has changed, now placing the Hub title central, with the tagline underneath it. The banner images
are are now centered too.
- The platform menu has been moved to the top right, where you can find all the Challenges and Contributors.
- The menu tabs on Hub, Challenge and Opportunity level are reduced from six to four:
- The **Dashboard** tab has mostly remained the same, including a summary of the content.
- The **Explore** tab becomes the place where all the wisdom of the community is gathered, either through
Canavases or Aspects. On Hub, Challenge and Opportunity level, the leads can now ask their community to submit
their Canvas or Aspect with a 'Callout'.
- The **Challenges** and **Opportunities** tabs have remained the same.
- The **About** tab now contains all information from the former Context and Community tabs.
- The **Admin section** can be reached through the cogwheel icon.
