--- tags: Newsletter --- # March Introduction *How can Alkemio help the Ukraine response?* That is the question we have been asking ourselves since our world changed on February 24th. The war in Ukraine is heart breaking. Alkemio's goal is to make our responses more effective. We can offer an online space where users and organizations can work together. More details in our [blog post](https://alkem.io/post/2022-03-help-ukraine/). If you know any Ukranian response initiative where you believe Alkemio can help, please [directly email us](61298de4.alkem.io@emea.teams.ms). *So what has been happening at Alkemio?* As you may have noticed we have been quieter the past few months, but that is because we have been very busy. Alkemio as a **team** is growing. Delighted to welcome Denise Larsson, Hoyte Rutteman, Andrew Pazniak, Kaylee Scholtes, Rosa Swarte, Fintan Smyth and Lazar Tasic to the team! Each contributing in different ways, and together moving the initiative forward. Alkemio as a **community** is growing. Three new partnerships signed in Q1, which we will be sharing more about over the coming weeks. Alkemio as a **platform** is developing rapidly. Some highly visible new features such as [Canvases](https://alkem.io/post/2022-02-canvases), Aspects and multi-language support. Plus foundational work to allow the platform to scale. *How can you contribute?* We need to step up our communications. To that end we are looking to hire a full time *Communication Lead*. Know someone who cares about the Alkemio mission and who can make things happen? Please make the connection! Wishing us all a peaceful and safe coming period, valuing the good in each other. Neil
