# Statistical Rethinking Spritz Plan This is a file for drawing out the rules for statistical thinking. ## Structure (draft) - We will be studying a video and the relevant chapter in the book every week. - There will be e-mail reminders (one to inform, one to remind) for the upcoming meeting. - The meetings might consist of (**what do you think about it?**): - Discussion only - Watching the video + discussion only - Problem set + discussion only > Ali: On one hand, I would prefer to watch the videos on my bed whenever I want. On the other hand, I am afraid that would make the meetings unnecessary and it would lead to slacking. ## Rules (draft) 1- Strict start on time. We wouldn't be waiting for someone. 2- Strict stop on time. We don't want to encourage people to stretch the meetings. Otherwise, the people would avoid attending. 3- No off-topic conversation from the beginning of the meeting. (If you arrive early to the meeting, then "how are you's" and chitchats are allowed. But Rule 1 rules.) **What do you think about optional staying for the drinks afterward?** 4-Questions should be worked out on your own. 5-Have a drink with you # Meeting - questions/discussion? (10 mins) - R Code (Ali) (20 mins) - Problem Set (15 problem)
