Together with colleagues, I would bring new ideas to the table and build the world of tomorrow. ### Background I am a French/Danish Software Engineer who has over 2 years of experience in professional embedded integration. - 5+ year experience with Python (2.7, 3.6+) - Academic knowledge with Linux drivers in C - Solutions to complex problems with clear abstractions - Curiosity {discover/snuse/undersøge} for proven as well as new technologies and their application - Scientific knowledge beyond IT, including transportation systems, energy production and flight. - Good language and communication skills (French, English, Danish) - Education from the French Ivy League ### Results I come from a small company where I solved wide ranging tasks. Cross-team collaboration was daily business, especially with the electrical engineering, design, marketing and customer support departments. #### Automated and repeatable Linux deployment tool This scripted build method allows to roll out images with up-to-date software, rapid testing during releases and repeatability. Essentially, it allowed to follow the rules of Infrastructure as Code. This accelerates the pace of development and increases confidence in the final software. The tool was automated through CD in GitHub. #### Contribution to future implementation of Yocto A fellow teammate and I have followed some courses on the potiential and the usage of the Yocto Project. Initially, I had developped a script to deliver updated Linux images. We knew the stability of the process was not sufficient for supporting an ever evolving platform. We pushed for the adoption of the Yocto Project in order to have a cleaner process with more granular control. Today a new position at that company is asking for people with experience in Yocto as well. #### Computer vision for 100x precision improvement -- Masters Internship By refining this product Unique Selling Point (USP), the reliability and precision of the computer vision software was increased a hundredfold. It increased the quality of the first time experience with the product significantly, especially for non technical customers. ### What can I contribute to Data Respons Solutions #### An enquiring mindset In the search for quality, I am quite endeavorous to progress my skills and - together with my team - lift the level of knowledge. Questioning the methodologies or the product lead to improvement. Teams are only as good as their ability to progress. Working with agile, I learnt to value the methods at least as much as the product itself. #### Interfaceable with other departments I strive for people not to see me as an IT person. Having a general scientific engineer background, I am well versed in a great range of topics. {...} Aviation, energy production, flight and so many more. I am able to visualise the system, the product and its environment together and establish its cohesion. This also makes me suitable to interface with other teams and better understand their needs. #### Togetherness By understanding what makes my colleages tick and what makes for light and productive working atmosphere. My multicultural background has proven very positive for colleagues, as I become more relateable through a lot of shared experiences as an open minded foreigner who can value their character. ### My drive I burn for the pursuit of an ideal and connected world. I want to build automations for home and generaly life style; to free up quality time for people and families to live their best life.
