# Alumni Mentorship Program
**Objective of the Mentorship Scheme**
- Facilitate the transfer of knowledge, skills, and expertise between Alumni members.
**Program Length**
- The mentorship program will run for six months, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
**Mentor and Mentee Expectations**:
- Mentors and mentees are expected to communicate regularly (at least once a month) and to respect each other's time and availability.
- Mentors are expected to provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to their mentees.
- Mentees are expected to be open to learning, actively seek feedback, and implement the mentor's recommendations.
**Mentorship Goals**:
- Mentors and mentees should establish specific goals and objectives at the beginning of the program and regularly evaluate progress towards these goals.
- The goals should be aligned with the mentee's professional development plan.
**Confidentiality and Ethical Guidelines**:
- The mentor and mentee are expected to maintain confidentiality about the discussions held during the mentorship.
- Mentors are expected to adhere to ethical guidelines, including avoiding conflicts of interest and providing objective feedback.
**Evaluation and Feedback**:
- The mentorship program will be evaluated through surveys and interviews with mentors and mentees.
- Feedback will be used to improve the program and identify areas for enhancement.
