Let me start by saying a few words about kanjyo. kanjyo is a decentralized payroll protocol which allows one-click token distribution including vesting token. and remove the obscals to pay in crypto. # benefit of paying crypto First of all, Before going deeper, let me share the benefit of paying in cyrpto. there are several benefits getting salaraies in crypto currency. Firstly, when we compare to wire transfer it is much cheaper and faster. for example to send moneys from states to Japan it could cost $50 and takes 2,3 days with wiretrasnfer, whereas even in ethereum, to transfer tokens can cost $2 and takes few minitues. Secondly, once we get paid in cyrpot, we would have more accessablity to crypto assets. so that buying crypto currency would be much easier. Lastly, there are 2 billion people witout bank account (unbanked) in the world. Even though they are tanlented, bc they don't have access to traditional finanance they are unable to work internationally and paid. but with crypto it becomes possible # vision as you can see, there are many benefits of paying in crypto but there are also many problems. so what we want to do is to address all the problems of crypto payroll. # problem to achemve the goal, we have many problems Firstly, operation cost is high. often we need engineer resouces. for example, I've been working in defi protocol and to distribute tokens, also i needed to write a snipit of code. it was easy task but nerver wreking bc i couldn't make any mistakes. so operation cost is high, and more worker you have, more cost it could be. Secondly, when it comes to vesting distribution of governance token to core teams and investors, token distribution is done once a 3 month. and this could create selling pressure and drop of the token price. ultimately, might lead to damage the protocol's value. then, in crypto field, there are a lot of anonymous organatzation and workers are forced to trust the payer unconditionall which causes anxiety. then, to get paid in crypto, each country has different compliance reguration and taxation. so the burdern comes to indivisual worker. Finally, during the user interview, we figured out public blockchains's transperancy can cause management problems. for example, bob gets 10k but alice get 20k so that it can create internal issue which manager want to avoid. # soulution to solve these problems, we build a decentrailized payrol protocol which allows one-click distribution of crypto payroll and token vesting. and we will support kyc for money laundering and taxzation. so that paid in crypto would be easier for company and the indivisiual workers Finally, take a look at our product demo. # market let's see marktet and bussins model quickly. still market for the payrollment in crypto is small but already 40% of people want to get paid in crypto and the market is growing. we anticipate crypto payrollment market would be as big as current payrollment market which is 25 billion $. # bussiness model to provide service continuouslly, we need also revneue model and we are thinking to provide on-chain subscription service which takes around $30 bucks for each month. # competitor there are several services which compete against us. we try to be the position which support taxzation and regulation and also to be decentraize service.
