These rules shall be subject to change by amendments, or revisions, passed by the Realmsparliament. [color=#173461] ## ARTICLE I: GENERAL ORDERS ### §1. DEFINITIONS This section prescribes the defined terms below:     **(1)** "Armed Forces" shall be defined as all branches that serve under the direction and command of the Realmsmarshal.     **(2)** "Military Law Code" shall be defined, and referenced through the terms "service law", as the standards by which the Armed Forces is expected to adhere to on a regular basis.     **(3)** "High Command of the Armed Forces" shall be defined, and referenced through the acronym "HCAF", as an organisation responsible for obstensible oversight of High Command of the Army, Navy and the Air Force.     **(4)** "Commanding Officer" shall be defined, and referenced through the acronym "CO", as an individual who holds a leadership role in a unit, who is answerable for their unit's tasks and responsibilities, successes and failures.     **(5)** "Branch Leader" shall be defined as an individual who serves as the commander-in-chief of a branch within the Armed Forces. ### §2. PERSONS SUBJECT TO MILITARY LAW CODE     **(1)** A serviceperson who actively partakes in the operations of the Armed Forces, and those including serviceperson's with a desire to transfer/discharge from their present branch within the Armed Forces.     **(2)** Citizens with permitted involvement to the Armed Forces through a dual-service agreement.     **(3)** A serviceperson who is:         **(i)**   within the custody of the Fieldpolice;         **(ii)**  awaiting trial by the Armed Forces Court-Martial of the GAR, or otherwise serving punishment as a result of a court martial, published (confidential/on the record) within court records within court rulings; or         **(iii)** serving punishment as a result of non-judicial punishment. ### §3. AMENDMENTS     **(1)** Amendments may be proposed through written draft by the Chief Military Justice, which requires the unanimous assent of all appointed Judges. This yields to the following exceptions during—         **(i)**   [Chief of HCAF, the Realmsmarshal, Vice Realmschancellor or Realmschancellor]'s expressed disapproval, thus nullifying the proposed changes from taking place.         **(ii)**   [Chief of HCAF, the Realmsmarshal, Vice Realmschancellor or Realmschancellor]'s expressed approval, which does not require a unanimous vote, thus enacting the proposed changes into service law. ### §4. IMMUNITY, POWERS OF DISCRETION     **(1)** The following persons shall bear the immunities and affects of this section:         **(i)**   the Realmsminister of the Interior;         **(ii)**  the Realmsmarshal;         **(iii)** the Vice Realmschancellor and Realmschancellor; and         **(iv)** the Office of the Ruler.     **(2)** Any persons holding positions mentioned in subsection (1) within this section are granted immunity from answering to any military tribunal, not to any specific policy or doctrine contained herein, rather to serve at the pleasure of the Ruler of the Realm and his designated officers.     **(3)** Only persons mentioned in subsection (1) (ii), (iii), and (iv) within this section hold the duty and prerogative to overturn a verdict from the Military Courts of the PRR. ## ARTICLE II: OFFENCES ### §1. ASSISTING THE ENEMY, MISCONDUCT ON OPERATIONS, et cetera. #### 1. Assisting an Enemy     **(1)** A person, whom is subject to service law standards, commits an offence if, without permissible means, he intentionally—         **(i)**   communicates with an enemy;         **(ii)**  gives an enemy information that would or might be useful to the enemy;         **(iii)** fails to make known to the proper authorities any information received by him from an enemy; and         **(iv)**  provides the enemy with resources.     **(2)** This is identified as a Class A Offense, and is punishable according to Article ? §1.2. #### 2. Misconduct on Operations     **(1)** A person, whom is subject to service law standards, commits an offence if, without reasonable excuse, he intentionally—         **(i)**   surrenders any place or thing to an enemy;         **(ii)**  abandons any place or thing which it is his duty to defend against an enemy or to prevent from falling into the hands of an enemy.     **(2)** Subsections (3) to (5) apply to a person subject to service law who is—         **(i)**   in the presence or vicinity of an enemy;         **(ii)**  engaged in an action or operation against an enemy; or         **(iii)** under orders to be prepared for any action or operation by or against an enemy.     **(3)** A person to whom the aforementioned subsection applies commits an offence if he fails to use his utmost exertions to carry out the lawful commands of his superior officers. #### 3.
