The exchange will make use of dfinity’s ICP blockchain (https://internetcomputer.org/), a trading engine that is running off-chain and a number of backend services that integrate these components. This is a fully remote scrum master position in an early-stage startup. # main responsibilities - guide and coach the team on Agile values, principles, and frameworks, fostering a high-performing and self-organizing culture - facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, promoting effective collaboration, communication, and accountability - remove any obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process - collaborate closely with stakeholders, to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective prioritization of work - monitor and track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to identify areas for improvement and provide visibility to stakeholders # what you bring to the table - minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects using Agile methodologies - proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - adaptable and flexible mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Interested?
