# Timeline

This timeline includes daily, weekly and monthly activities for your first quarter with Aksion Tech.

## Day 1

**Orientation**

## Week 1

1. Working Agreement

- 3-5 days per week onsite for first 2 months unless decided otherwise on weekly basis

1. Deliver weekly demonstrations of learning outcomes

1. Establish and maintain an effective and sustainable pace of work

- progress review at the end of the 2 months
- set performance goals for Q2, H1 and Y1

2. Support ongoing projects

- deliver new features
- write tests against existing features
- monitor communication channels (project Slack) and attending meetings if invited

3. Develop new business opportunities

- demonstrate Aksion technical capabilities
- build new demos
- refine existing demos
- identify new demo opportunities
