# Survey Privacy Policy Last updated Apr. 7th 2022 This Survey Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes AKIO AIR CORPORATION's (hereinafter collectively referred to as "AkioAIR", "we", "us", "our") policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You (the "Survey Taker", "you") about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. ## Definition - **"Survey Entry"**: The term "Survey Entry" shall mean the information and files submitted through our service(including but not limited to, from our website, from third party services and through emails) for survey and data collection purposes for AkioAIR. ## Terms 1. By submitting your Survey Entry to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy at the time of submission. You agree to be responsible for storing a copy of this Policy in case AkioAIR is unable to obtain the original version of the Policy at the time of submission. If both Parties are unable to retrieve the Policy at time of submission, you agree to use the latest version of the Policy as reference. 2. You agree for AkioAIR to review and retain a copy of your Survey Entry indefinitely. 3. You agree for AkioAIR to disclose information ("The Disclosing Information") of the Survey Entry to third parties without prior consent from you in a manner that is unable to precisely identify you, the Survey Taker. The Disclosing Information may include but is not limited to: the age distribution of total survey takers, the gender distribution of total survey takers and the geological distribution of all survey takers. 4. AkioAIR will not disclose any personnal information other then the information described in the aforementioned terms. AkioAIR understands these information is used only for survey purposes and may utilize these information internally within AkioAIR.
