# Survey Giveaway Rules

In order to incentivize people to participate in our survey, users who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle to receive one of three (3) $20 prizes.

We may be able to add additional prizes if we receive more respondents than expected. (Further announcement will be updated on Twitter)

Filling out the survey is free and always be free. No purchase or entry fee required to participate in survey and giveaway.

### Prize

The winner of the giveaway may choose to receive one of the following:
- Amazon Gift Card (Amazon US)
- Discord Nitro Gifts (Two Months) **[Default]**
- Other digital goods valuing 20USD with our approval.

If the winner does not select a prize or that they can't decide on what other digital good they wants, we will provide two months Discord Nitro subscription by default.

By completing each item below, you receive an extra entry (chance) of winning the giveaway:

## The Giveaway Rule
You may fill out the survey without being part of the giveaway.
However, to participate in the giveaway, you agree to:

1. Fill in the survey truthfully to fulfill our purpose on understanding our audience demographic. You must comply with the survey rules regarding giveaways, such as but not limited to filling out the Email field. (You MUST fill out the email field so we can contact you). Joke, troll and invalid submissions are not allowed.

2. Subscribing to at least one of our talents on YouTube (Subscribing to all is appreciated!). You may find the channels under our main channel: https://youtube.com/AkioAIR

3. Follow @Akio_AIR on Twitter, if you fill in the Twitter field provided in the survey.

4. Duplicate entries are not allowed.

5. You agree that the final interpretation of this activity belongs to Akio Air Corporation. Akio Air Corporation has the sole right to determine whether the above rule shall be inspected and enforced on individuals.

6. After the survey period closes, we will compile the list of entries and choose three winners randomly. Winners will be announced and contacted via Discord, Twitter, or Email.

7. You agree that we may revoke your rights in being part of the giveaway if you fail to comply with the rules above.
