You can help us create memorable videos for our audience!

By helping us create 10~15 minutes clips of consumable videos for 5 of our talents from AkioAIR.

## Requirements

You must have the following requirements in order to apply for this role:
- At least fluent in English
- You have a portfolio to demonstrate your past work (at least three videos need to be shown)
- Have fun and chat with the team! We'd love to hear your words and thoughts!

With optional requirements, such as:
- Occasionally watch our content.
- Have an understanding of the VTubing industry and its culture
- Basic Photoshop/Illustrator skills for thumbnail materials

You may apply if you do not have enough experience, but we may offer a probation period instead of in this case. This will also be a paid role, just like a regular editor.

## Responsibility

You are expected to:
- Locate and label highlights of a live stream.
- Edit said highlights into 10~15 minute videos from live streams, with a complete narrative if needed.
- Produce YouTube shorts that are under a minute for people to enjoy.
- Tell us your thoughts regarding pineapple on pizza.

You may be asked to help AkioAIR edit and create some promotional materials (videos) for upcoming events; however, this is entirely optional.


## Benefits

This position is:
- Entirely remote.
- Paid per project, each project is paid based on its source material and its complexity.

A Video Editor is paid per each video edited. Usually determined by how long a single live stream is plus its complexity.

For example, if a live stream is 2 hours long, and the given rate is $100/hr, then the edited video is expected to be $200 ~ $300 with complexity considered.

You may also request a full-time or part-time position. However, the availability of such a position is highly limited and will depend on where you currently live. Please note the country or area you currently live in and your desire for such a position in the additional comment in the form.

You may also use this edited content as part of your portfolio in the future. AkioAIR is more than willing to provide proof if such requirements arise.

Additionally, you may operate with a virtual identity under AkioAIR. While not directly operating as an AkioAIR talent, it is possible to join a branch dedicated to workers and contractors of AkioAIR when we open up said branch.
