* Consolidating the 'wiring' of the decision review for business lines and conventional queues is feasible
* Conventional queues have been built up over time and exceptions are thrown if a task associated with a claim reveiw is passed through the existing workflows. This could be resolved by decoupling the conventional queues from appeals and allow for tasks from all types of recision reviews to be handled
* LOE estimation: 1 team, 4 sprints with potentionally an additional sprint for regression testing (if not included in the 4th)

It leads them to believe that they need to make changes to the appeals-deployment repo **first** when that isn't the reality.
