# Sprint 70 Planning 20230601 ## Goal Communicate community engagement, facilitate community engagement, adapt models and docs for both. ## Sprint Details Sprint 70 is from 1-14 June 2023. Current board is [here](https://github.com/orgs/usnistgov/projects/25/views/2). ### Leave or other priorities - AJ: 70% of the time on OSCAL, 20% SURF student collaboration, 10% other standards research work - Arminta: ~31 hrs (-9hrs) - Chris: TBD (Chris is out this week) - Dmitry: 18 hours = 2 days + meetings - Michaela: OSCAL 101 prep and OSCAL presentations for I-4 Conference (2 presentations). Chris requested/scheduled a sequence of discussions around DEFINE (CRM/SSRM). Concerns: Post conference actions (C3, Polls and Q&A) - Nikita: 3-4 days nominally. FEDRAMP Data Bites (~30 minute O.D.D. demo + associated prep time, not 100% confirmed yet) + Concern over potential for unexpected family-health related leave - Wendell: prepping for JATS-Con 2023 Tue June 13 - paper to deliver, slides ### [B]lockers, [C]oncerns, [R]isks - [C]: seizing the moment on metaschema maintenance - [C]: Post conference actions (C3, Polls and Q&A) +1 - community engagement - [R]: personal and non-OSCAL professional responsibilities mean this sprint will be pretty busy, maybe need to scope down ### Action Items - Flesh out release testing guidance per the board task - Analyze open questions from conference - Push the community to build the C3 somehow - Set time to talk about this?
