## Notes

Blockchain domains don't store A, AAAA, MX, TXT. Instead, they store
- Crypto currency addresses
- IPFS content hashes

A domain can only be held by one private key.

## My Testlog

#### 2020/07/08

You would buy a domain with USD on Unstoppable Domains.
- I applied a bigannouncement.crypto for free because during HackFS
- I needed to register on Unstoppable Domains website with my email, and I did
- After the UD team confirmed, I visited the site and `Claim` that domain. It sent me a code, and I put the code on the website
- Then I have access to connect to Metamask to sign this domain to my Eth address
- It's pending. It says it might need up to 72 hours to confirm.

#### Older

I bought .eth domain with Ether directly without any connection to my email or other identities.
