Francisco:

* **Grafana proof of concept [[PR4835](https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/pull/4835)]:** a display for the usage of resources, currently using the REST-API to send info directly to grafana, after some feedback now I need to check the tools for time series collection (Looking into [Prometheus](https://prometheus.io), which is [open source](https://github.com/prometheus)).
* **Ongoing work:**
* Inline calculations attribute migration ([PR 4750](https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/pull/4750))
* Remove current user filter from CLI list commands ([issue 4525](https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/issues/4525))

Marnik:
* **Agenda item**: Quantum ESPRESSO school - AiiDA tutorial.

Sasha:
- Contributed to the integration of the QE workflows and the AiiDAlab QE app
- Reviewed/discussed a couple of PRs in the aiida-nanotech-empa
- Common workflows: added ElectronicType CLI option for launching workchains [#178](https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-common-workflows/pull/178).

Casper:
- Nothing new related to AiiDA.
- Removed/removing a lot of Python 3.6 support for AiiDA-dependent packages.

Simon:
- Investigated pip-dependency resolver issues, see: [[#4832]](https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/pull/4832)
- Reviewed docs PR [[#4838]](https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/pull/4838)
- Otherwise mainly work on AiiDAlab.

Flaviano:
- Nothing to declare at the moment

Chris:
- aiida-core 1.6.1 released
- Met to discuss aiida-lammps development
- Finalising Quantum Mobile for common-workflows (+ aiidalab)
- Nothing ~~else~~ really (matters) "to me" 🎵🎵

### Specific Agenda Items

**Merge New Repository**
* Is there anything that needs to be taken care of before we go on to merge this and "freeze" the AiiDA release?
* Milestone has some outstanding issues but we think nothing of this seems critical to do before the "freeze".
* Set date for coding days after the merge to deal with any rising issue. Proposed timeline (to get past the MARVEL review on 19(-20).04.2021):
* **Apr23:** Send email to mailing list.
* **Apr26:** Merge the PR.
* **Apr29 - Apr30:** Coding days (Fransisco to send Doodle poll)

**AiiDA Tutorial 2021**
* **TIMELINE:**
* **Apr19 - May14:** open inscriptions.
* **Apr19:** send advertising.
* **May03:** send advertising (reminder).
* **May28/May31:** confirm inscriptions.
* **MayXX**: Tutorial prep (set 2/3 days for preparation).
* **Jun14:** release schedule.
* **Jun28:** release material.
* **Jul05 - Jul09:** Tutorial days (Mon-Tue, Wed off, Thu-Fri).
* **CRITICAL DATES:** Jul05 - Jul09 and a couple of days on May.

**Quantum ESPRESSO school - AiiDA tutorial**
* Provisionally on 26th of May (morning).
* ~100 participants expected.
* I will give talk on AiiDA to kick things off.
* Then 1-2 handson sessions. Would simply reuse ABC tutorial material, since it fits perfectly. Help from Francisco/Chris/Giovanni. Should be enough?
* They seemed happy that we could run tutorial in cloud, so we'll use AiiDAlab cluster.
