### Present
* Giovanni
* Jason
* Simon
* Chris
* Marnik
* Francisco
### Catch-up round
*Max. 3 minutes each*
Giovanni:
* A number of the items in the [Roadmap project](https://github.com/orgs/aiidateam/projects/3/views/1) are not really updated. We should update them (with a user story: who will benenit, why they are interested, and how the feature will help them). And start marking the progress (and/or convert to issues)
* Shall we delete the old content from [the wiki](https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/wiki/AiiDA-release-roadmap) and just link to the new project?
* FFR: Yes! Sorry I forgot.
* aiida-hyperqueue, what is the problem Tushar is experiencing? Anybody helping him?
* AiiDA 2.0 support in AiiDAlab: what is missing? For the AiiDA core (and AiiDA plugins) part, we should distribute tasks
Marnik:
* Just came back from holiday/conference, so not much to report!
* Mainly updated my two topics on the AiiDA road map with an improved description and well-defined tasks.
* AiiDA tutorial meeting: tomorrow at 11:30. Chris & I are main organisers, who else wants to join the meeting? Comment from Yusong: make sure users from Asia also have good access to the cluster used for the tutorial.
Chris:
* 🐛 FIX: Archive creation after packing repository (#5570)
* Another fix in the work, for when importing small subset of large archive (from Davide, hitting `SQLITE_MAX_VARIABLE_NUMBER`)
* New AiiDA website: https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-website
* Updated https://github.com/marvel-nccr/ansible-role-aiida and https://github.com/marvel-nccr/ansible-role-quantum-espresso
* aiida-quantumespresso for aiida 2.0 and quantum espresso 7.1?
* Ideally "Push" responsibility for code compilation to code/aiida-plugin maintainers, using conda
* Could envisage having a "section" in pyproject.toml specifying which conda versions of code the aiida plugin supports
* e.g. aiida-lammps is specifically tested against the conda install: [tests workflow](https://github.com/aiidaplugins/aiida-lammps/blob/8f618541784bbd6360efc653350570cf76398e83/.github/workflows/tests.yml#L29)
* Had discussion on RabbitMQ replacement (2022-06-21), and "fully" defined design requirements: https://hackmd.io/@aiida/SkG9pkycq
* [GP] @Chris: send email to distribute remaining tasks for website (e.g. distribute news to migrate by year to people, so they also learn how to do it and work is distributed. Deadline in ~10 days, so that we can have the full website ready by next meeting?)
Simon:
* AiiDAlab: Working on supporting AiiDA 2.x.
* Received feedback on aiidalab-on-azure template, but no major actionable items yet.
* Reviewed PR that adds feature for extra volumes to aiidalab-launch.
Jason:
* Fix portable code upload issue in transport to upload all folder. https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/pull/5580
* Roadmap:
* Open AEP for caching policy task https://github.com/aiidateam/AEP/pull/35
* The containerized code PR is ready to review https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/pull/5507. (I still need to do a more detailed test with `Singularity`)
* Convert CI testing framework for workflows to issue https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/issues/5590.
* Registry for computer/code configs.
Kristjan:
* byte arrays not supported in json:
* https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/pull/5576
* could this be included in the next release? MC Explore is relying on this.
* https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/issues/5575
Francisco:
* Published an [AiiDA client](https://github.com/ramirezfranciscof/aiida-finale) that interacts with the [Finale server](https://github.com/BIG-MAP/finale).
* Working with the `aiida-hyperqueue` plugin (notes on improving robustness).
