Another wild idea from yours truly, but is there some way we could give access to the many nice features of AiiDA, _except_ for provenance?

There are already tools like `aiida-shell` that makes things a lot simpler, but I'm wondering how far we can push this, i.e. make it as simple for the user as possible in case they don't care about provenance.
