# Leah's Perfect Gift-2024 Review
Leah is confused and only brought her Christmas sweater for the trip. Dinner is bland and Barbara is not a good cook, but everyone acts like she is. Leah tries to make jokes at the table, but the matriarch doesn't get it. Leah sneaks out for a snack as soon as the family goes to bed at 7:30 pm. Leah finds a bakery and befriends the owner, who agrees that the family sounds strange. Graham makes Campbell's pasta casserole late at night when Leah gets home. #advertisement?

The next day, Leah doesn't eat breakfast, but she finds Barb frantically searching for her cell phone in the kitchen. Leah offers to call her, but Barb has the phone in her bag. She answers the phone, confused. Barb asks Leah to drive her into town to make a list on the way. (If she gets Alzheimer's in this movie, I might flip the table.)

The family is building a gingerbread house, and Leah studied YouTube for it. She's so good at it, she outranks Barb in the rankings. Barb is upset and goes to bed early. Unaware of the embarrassing moment, Graham thinks to himself: "Hello, here are your potential future wives."

Barb invites the Hampstead family over. They are long-time family friends. Of course, Graham used to date his daughter, but she's a real whore who tries to seduce Graham right in front of Leah's eyes. They build a snowman, but this time Leah doesn't try too hard so that Barb can win. She accidentally insults Barb, because the snowman is supposed to artistically represent the family. Another awkward moment is interrupted when Graham starts a snowball fight. An impromptu snowball fight is ruined when Leah accidentally hits Barb in the face.

They sit down to dinner, where Leah expects turkey but is served goose. Maddie decides to leave the dinner and tell her family that she is not going back to business school. Barb is upset and says she is glad Graham is sticking with his plan to return to Connecticut and work at his father's bank. Leah feels blindsided and worries that she will not fit into Graham's perfect little life.
