**1. Productivity Commission Report**
- Add commentary on the need for different data governance alignment and specifically, that the different bodies should recognise one another.
- Expand cross border commentary to be broader than privacy and acknowledge the importance of cross border interoperability of data. Need to be aware of the existing cross border initiatives.
- Provenance (authenticity of data)is separate from data protection. Consider C2PA in this context.
- Have a separate theme about data protection and make the response to Right to be Forgotten part of this theme.

1. Victoria to work with Natalie on completing the AGDIS review for the trust framework comparison spreadsheet.
2. Stefan to complete a first pass of the New Zealand Trust Framework by September 1st.
3. Dima to follow up with Austroads regarding their trust framework.
4. Linden to create a one-page table explaining the Australian context of different trust frameworks and share it with Victoria to add to the spreadsheet.
5. Andres to add a column for HR/education tech trust framework to the comparison spreadsheet. **DONE**
6. Victoria and Linden to draft a first outline of why and what the group would cover in a response to the Productivity Commission report for discussion in the next meeting. **DONE**
7. Jan to review the Japanese skiing structure use case for the trust framework comparison.
