# Quarter 3 (Q3), 2020: Maintaining Momentum & Simple Experiments
## Strategy Overview
Q3 objectives are light. Q3 is primarily concerned with (1) building on objectives from Q1 and Q2, and (2) trying a few new things that are lower-priority.

## **Objective**: Improve customer shopping experience
- **KR**: Decrease "bounce rate" by 5%, and increase conversion by 5% by adding a "Take our compatibility quiz!" to help customers decide a product selection that works for them
## **Objective**: Add modern UI/UX improvements to make checkout more effortless
- **KR**: Consider updating "support" solution to Intercom
## **Objective**: Look into new markets
- **KR**: Research new markets in which wigs are popular, such as costume wigs and cosplay wigs.
## **Objective**: Increase social media presence and affordable marketing channels
- **KR**: Gain 50 social media followers by
- offering incentives (5% off)
- including "follow us" cards in existing packages
- **KR**: Create a new section of 5-10 weirdly colored wigs and market all SEO keywords specifically to "cosplayers" with phrases like `anime` and specific anime show names
