# Personal Note
Hello Mr. Park,
Included in this document are just _some_ ideas on how you might be able to gradually strengthen your business. But first, I'd like to say a few words.
First and foremost: I'm aware that I know very, very little about your business, so this is an introductory website audit. If you find this report satisfactory and would like to continue with some more in-depth analysis, perhaps we can talk at some point later.
Second - I'd like to humbly reiterate that these are not just my personal opinions, but strategies I have slowly and methodically gathered after years of study, and after working with designers, developers, marketing staff, and project managers at several companies. Using these strategies, we were able to increase our website SEO placement, increase organic repeat traffic, convert site traffic into actual paying users, and more.
Third - I know that much of this information, you already know. After looking through your Volusion, you've done an _excellent_ job so far monitoring your SEO, optimizing for keywords, and more.
Fourth - I know that _many_, if not all, of these suggestions are things you will have already tried. I humbly welcome you to try again.
Fifth - I know that certain strategies can be extremely expensive (like paying for ads on Google/YouTube/etc). Therefore, my overall focus will primarily be on boosting _organic_ traffic, and _converting_ more the traffic that you do receive into paid customers. However, I'll still include a few nods to paid strategies, in case you're interested.
Finally - as with all things in life, nothing is for certain, so I make no guarantees or promises. But I hope this plan helps to prioritize your workload of a million tasks into chunks that are realistic and doable. I thank you for the trust you've shown, and wish you plentiful success in your business. :tada:
Sincerely,
Kevin
# Overview
In this document, I'll look at some actions we can take to strengthen the site's long-term profitability and health.
I'll be using the ["Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Framework](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OKR) loosely to guide our thinking as we move forward.
**Here's a quick recap of the terminology behind "OKR"s:**
- **Objectives** are the goals we want to achieve.
- **Key Results** are the tasks that will help us get there. Key Results should be specific, and finite.
For example, a sample OKR might look like this:
---
**Objective**: Improve health
- **Key Result**: Lose 10 pounds by April 1st, 2020.
- Stop drinking soda, eat more vegetables
---
I will use this convention moving forward to model the strategy for the site.
# Quick Facts & Insights
I think you already know everything in this section, but I will include anyway! :smile_cat:

Below is a list of `keywords` for which your website performs VERY highly. It is in order (first one has most people searching for it).

### Keyword Overlap w/ Competing Domains (WIP)
Below is a screenshot from Ahrefs.com.
It is a comparison that shows how your competitor's SEO keywords compare with yours. On the "Intersection Graph," there is blue, green and yellow. The blue is how many keywords you have, and the yellow is how many keywords your competitor has. The green in the middle is how many keywords you BOTH have in common - these are the keywords for which you have competition. The websites on the top (wig.com, wigoutlet.com) are your top competitors and the ones on the bottom (africanamericanwigs.net) are less competitive.

# Paid Marketing Opportunities (WIP)
## Regarding Paid Advertisement on Facebook/Google/Etsy/YouTube/etc
- This is an area I'm still learning and don't yet feel qualified to give advice. Perhaps later, if you'd like, we can talk again.
# Software To Help You Run Your Business
- Trello.com (Free)
- Trello is a project management tool. It will help you keep track of the things you want to do.
- Figma.io (Free)
- Figma is a free wireframing tool. If you want to create diagrams to help you create visuals, this might be a good place to start.
- Ahrefs.com ($99/mo)
- Gives you great marketing data and competitor data
- Google Ads + Google Keyword Planner
- Fiverr.com
- A place to hire cheap labor for certain tasks. (I would use this resource with caution!)
