## 8th of April 2022 (done after the 11:30 meeting)

Topics:
1. Homepage
2. Firefox
3. User accounts
4. To do
### 1. Homepage
I've added:
- _Schulen_
- Facebook
- Instagram
- a short paragraph about applying for membership as an individual
### 2. Firefox
I checked the compatibility on two other computers and it worked fine. However there are some warning messages related to the specifics of the MailChimp script -- perhaps related to the issue you had? It's clear that these warnings are triggered by MailChimp, so it's nothing we can do something about unfortunately. However to mitigate this issue however I've made turned 'Veröffentlichungen' into a link that people can follow to display the list of newsletter posts.
### 3. User accounts
I've looked into solutions for user accounts, subscriptions and restricted contents. There are tons of good options as the web development market is huge. Perhaps the best starting point would be to determine the short- /medium -term features needed the most. Example of a roadmap:
__Short term (stage 1)__
_things the website would do_:
- process user accounts creation/deletion, signins/signouts
- notify admins about events triggered by users
- enable admins to elevate user permissions accordingly (when receiving confirmation/payment etc.)
- provide a restricted area where authorized and signed-in users can view video contents
_things the website would still __not__ do_:
- process membership applications
- membership fees
- event registration fees
__Mid-term (stage 2)__
_things the website would do_:
- enable users to subscribe/unsubscribe to/from events/workshops/seminars
- enable admins to process them entirely from the website
_things the website would still __not__ do_:
- process membership feeds
### 4. To do
- _Eindrücke_: Not implemented because nothing to reference yet...
- User accounts:
- identify the most urgent features
- settle on a roadmap laying out the incremental addition of more features
- evaluate costs
